Authentic Iraqi restaurant, simple seating and designs but the food is spot on. Love the fava beans and the freshly baked bread. Great spot for a breakfast or lunch with so many menu options including vegan (Falafel). Highly recommend it!

Delicious food and excellent service. The kabobs were flavorful and juicy. The eggplant served with Kuzi was delicious. The food was full of flavorful. Definitely going to try it again!
The experience here is like being in Northern Iraq. The spices and flavors are so authentic. Okay I just made that up I don't really know but when I closed my eyes listening to the maqam music and tasting these spices I was transported away from Glendale to a different place and time. The service was excellent. The okra stew was excellent. The lamb tail a bit chewy as expected. I am excited to return and try other things, maybe the tilapia , eggplant or chicken. They do breakfast here also.
Quality and portion size was consistent over the past visits. Flavor and spices used was the right amount to appreciate the different flavor profiles. Prices are reasonable for the portions ordered. Wait time for the meal to be ready took ~10 minutes or less. Server was attentive to customer needs. Rating a solid 5/5 based on two visits to the restaurant over the past 6 months.
